We took a little road trip to Disneyland a few weeks ago. We brought along our besties from Alaska, Ryan and Kelsey, and Josh's parents. A few things are noteworthy:
- This was Kelsey's first time at Disneyland. I lost track of how many times she was asked, "So... what do you think?"
- Josh convinced Evie to go on Tower of Terror. I consider it a success that she didn't cry.
- Evie loved Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, hated the Haunted Mansion, refused to go on Peter Pan's Flight, and went on Splash Mountain twice.
- We ate dinner at the Blue Bayou. If you have never been there, budget accordingly and experience some insanely divine cuisine while watching Pirates of the Caribbean riders float past you.
- About an hour into the drive home Charlotte started crying. When asked what was wrong, she tearfully replied, "I miss Disneyland! I miss the princesses! I miss Minnie Mouse reawy reawy bad!"
- Trent was an angel. Seriously, this kid can handle anything we throw at him.
